
Alex Rose
Founder & Managing Partner
Alex Rose is the Founder and Managing Partner of Catchment Capital and has over two decades of experience investing in or working at industrial companies. Before founding Catchment Capital, Alex served as co-president of Crestview Partners. During his time at Crestview, Alex developed and led the firm’s industrials strategy and was responsible for originating, executing, and leading the strategic transformation of numerous industrial companies. Prior to joining Crestview, Alex worked at General Electric, evaluating and executing acquisitions for the specialty materials and infrastructure divisions. He began his career in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. Alex serves as the Board Chair for the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing and healthcare to New York City’s homeless families and individuals.
Alex received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Government from Harvard University where he performed as part of the Din & Tonics, Harvard’s premier Jazz a cappella group.
